Athena, the goddess of wisdom and courage, appears to fear no one and nothing. Her struggle with Poseidon is proof of her only concern and how it aided in her success. She fears that she will lose a competition.
Athena is the goddess of wisdom and valor in Greek mythology. She is the daughter and favorite child of Zeus, the supreme god in the Greek pantheon. When Athena goes to battle, she wears a breastplate with a list of qualities etched on it.
Fear, defense, attack, and conflict are all characteristics of Athena’s psychology. As a result, she wins. It’s no wonder that there appears to be nothing that can frighten Athena. But wait a minute; I’ve got something to tell you. Despite being the goddess of bravery and the most powerful god’s daughter, Athena is afraid of being defeated.
Athena was challenged by Poseidon, the sea god’s brother, one day. Athena’s uncle ruled over all the seas and desired to acquire the earthly kingdoms, including Athens. The goddess owned the city. Poseidon stated that he would bring more advantages to its citizens if elected king. He utilized his authority and supplied a salt spring as a gift to Athena’s city.
Athena relied on her dread of defeat and knowledge in order to win the contest. She planted olives, which provided food, wood, and oil for the Athenians. Thanks to her dread of losing the competition, Athena kept Athens and defeated Poseidon.

I don’t have a natural resistance to fear, but I don’t have many of my own. My family has an acknowledged sadistic streak, thus anybody with a phobia is likely to be the target of family humor. One of my sisters is terrified of frogs. Guess who gets weekly frog pictures on her Facebook feed? Guess who spent her childhood fleeing from siblings armed with frogs? As a result, I worked hard to overcome any fears I had. Even though someone pointing a gun at me would startle me, little else surprises me anymore.
