There are a few questions you should ask yourself before deciding on a sport. What physical activities do you enjoy? Do you like team sports or individual sports? What level of competition do you want? What is your schedule like?

Assuming you enjoy playing sports and don't mind being on a team, the next question is what sport suits your skillset the best. Here is a quick quiz to help determine which sport is right for you!
